Drafted Layoffs is a social platform where managers and coworkers of departing employees can give them an official endorsement. Recruiters and hiring managers can comb through the all nominations on what Drafted calls its “talent feed.” It is a free product designed to help connect people with hiring companies through their network. People can join the network and nominate their friends or colleagues affected by layoffs so that they get noticed more quickly by recruiters.
