Product Overview
The Activity Management System BTL is an project management tool for advertising agencies. The system functions by collecting all of a user’s project data into a single repository. After the user sets up the schedule and responsibilities of their project, the System will monitor task progress and track data preparation. From there, users can construct their own report forms to collect required project data.

• Perform task planning and staff management.
• Design a set of project key indicators to control project activities.
• Collect reporting data from project participants using web browser or mobile application.
• Set up project estimated deliverables (norms) and track them.
• Build reports using charts and pivot tables.
• Share project reports with customers and partners.
