Forestry.io’s content management system is meant to simplify posting and updating material processes on static websites. The startup offers a full-featured CMS for static sites with support for Jekyll, Hugo and Git that is suitable for creating documentation sites.
Forestry is a static CMS that allows you to write front-end code with Jekyll or Hugo and push to your Git repo. Forestry will pull in your commits and update the CMS. Your static site can live anywhere you want — including on Amazon S3, Fastly, and GitHub Pages. You can even deploy with plain old FTP.
