CHICAGO, February 23, 2016 — ADSHIFT, a SaaS startup focused on digital advertising optimization, has secured $650,000 in first round financing from Ellis Island Investments, an investment arm of the Pritzker-Vlock Family Office. David Fields, principal of Ellis Island Investment will join founders Richard Bray and Jason Randolph on ADSHIFT’s Board of Directors.

ADSHIFT is a first-of-its-kind SaaS technology which aims to eliminate inefficiencies in digital advertising by automatically reallocating ad spending to the most profitable products and markets.
