Microsoft Dynamics CRM is comprehensive, customizable and scalable customer relationship management. Part of the Microsoft Dynamics suite of enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications, Microsoft Dynamics CRM is designed to integrate with 3rd party systems, plus Microsoft applications such as Office 365, Skype, Cortana personal assistant and many more. The platform is available bundled within a Sales Productivity suite, or in a cloud-based edition called Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Enterprise, which includes the CRM module along with Sales by Microsoft Dynamics, Parature Enterprise, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing Enterprise and Microsoft Social Engagement Enterprise.
