The VSys Kiosk is a standalone program that connects to the same database as VSys One so when volunteers perform actions like checking in and out of an assignment, those actions are immediately posted to your data and visible by your staff. The VSys Kiosk can be run on a regular computer using a touchscreen and optionally a barcode scanner or magnetic stripe reader.

VSys Lite is the streamlined version of VSys. It's VSys One's little brother: same family, familiar appearance, most of the same DNA but smaller and easier to carry around. VSys Lite can be used in conjunction with VSys One by staff members who don't need access to the depth of features in VSys One. VSys Lite lets you give your staff just the tools and access they need. VSys Lite is designed to be easy to use and customizable - with lower licensing and support costs.

VSys Live is the premium web interface for the VSys One volunteer management system. (VSys Web remains available and free for customers with current support contracts.) With VSys Live, volunteers can log on from any computer with internet access and sign up, select job openings, track hours, view their calendar and upcoming events, and send & receive messages. Job searching can be done by location, date, skills, job group and project and openings always reflect the latest enrollments so you don't get too many people in a single job.

The VSys Live Kiosk runs in a browser, just like VSys Live. But the VSys Live Kiosk is meant to be fast and simple: check in, check out, get to work! Since it works in any modern web browser, you can use inexpensive tablets placed at convenient locations, publish it on your internal WiFi so that volunteers can use their own devices (but only on-site), and set up hotspots at your big event to speed the checkin process.
