Competitive Intelligence (CI) technology monitors the digital trail left by competitors and notifies the user of changes in websites, email campaigns, social media properties and its consumers’ behavior. Competitive Intelligence software can also track the traditional media campaigns of rivals, noting where they are buying and the success of each campaign.
