Social Media Marketing is designed to boost brand recognition, customer engagement and advocacy through a variety of marketing activities that leverage social network platforms. Social media marketing tools automate content generation and analytics, and can position content to be seen and shared. These tools are available as stand-alone platforms, or may be bundled into an enterprise-grade Social Media Management tool set.
