Ayima Pulse is a keyword-based tool that provides market insight for improved SEO. Pulse surveys more than fifty thousand non-brand Google keywords across ten sectors, analyzes site ranking changes, and visually displays rankings for the past 30 days. The 50,000 keywords have been hand-picked based on search volume, excluding all brand mentions, which provides a consistent benchmark for every site. Filters allow companies to see changes on desktop searches, mobile searches, or a comparison of the two. A location filter allows switches between UK and US results.
Pulse is visualization into Google rankings, showing how big and small algorithm changes are affecting the major sites within each major industry. With Google becoming less forthcoming in announcing algorithmic updates, Ayima's aim is to allow in-house and agency marketers to gain insight into why their position in the organic Search market has either increased or decreased.
Pulse surveys Google's top 100 organic results for 50,000 keywords daily between 00:00 and 03:00 (UK time). Site ranking changes are analysed against those from the previous day, proportionately weighting the significance of each move. Pulse plots the difference on a scale of 0-100, updating graphs for the entire market and ten individual sectors.
