The Notifi platform combines information about customers’ communication preferences with data from back-office systems to automatically deliver the messages that customers want. Available channels include email, SMS text message, mobile app push notification (available with KUBRA iMobile™), pre-recorded or text-to-speech voice message, and IVR.
