Vantage Customer Experience (CX) is a Customer Data Platform (CDP) offering a 360-degree view of the customer. Its built-in workflows allow for self-service data integration wth a CRM or another data tool. Features allow CX managers to map the customer journey, finding out where customers get stuck or create increases/decreases in service calls, conversions, or seek help in the buying process. Customer communications are automated in Vantage CX, with personalization tools that allow for micro-segmentation of customers for hyper-personalized, real-time messaging.
