Zaius is a behavioral marketing engine. By drawing customer data from actions across all channels and devices, Zaius enables marketers to understand each customer’s intent on an individual level, and then take action through the appropriate channel (Web, email, mobile, or paid advertising, for example) without having to rely on IT support. Newly-updated segmentation is based on multiple sequential customer actions—i.e., customers who abandon their carts and have open support tickets. Zaius allows for Targeting of a single campaign to multiple segments and understanding the composition and size of segments as they are created.
