Uniphore is a Conversational Service Automation (CSA) Platform that leverages Conversational AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to optimize customer-agent interactions and increase self-service rates, and automating agent tasks including agent after call-work (ACW) and call disposition. All with an underlying analytics and security layer. The platform consists of four different solutions including Conversational Self-service: U-Self Serve, Agent Security: U-Trust, Agent Co-Pilot: U-Assist (including U-Assist In-Call offered in two package options Bolt and Max), and Interaction Analytics: U-Analyze.
